This information helps us to better understand our visitor’s interest about our website, company and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of that service or any other sites that link to and from our site.

Our site's registration form for courses we offer requires users to give us contact information (like their name, phone number, e-mail and mailing address) we use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and promotional material. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.

Our site uses an employment printout form for prospective firefighters and other employment positions. We collect employment contact information from this print out such as: names, addresses, phone numbers and other contact information, along with: work history, social security numbers and other personal information typical on an employment form, of which are the applicants responsibility to fill, print and mail to us.
