If hired, a Fire and Prescribed Burn Qualification document will be prepared for you. This form will show all training completed with course names, dates, name and phone number of instructors and institutions with phone numbers. The wildland fire experience document must contain the year, incident type and name, type of fuel, number of shifts, position held and size of fire in acres.
